Police appeal after teenage boy hit by car in Margate

Police officers are appealing for witnesses after a teenage boy was hit by a car in Margate.

At around 1.45pm on Sunday 11 September, a white Nissan Micra car was involved in the collision with teenage pedestrian at the zebra crossing in College Road, near to the junction with St Peter’s Footpath.

The boy suffered injuries and attended hospital for treatment.

Officers have spoken to both parties involved but are appealing for witnesses and in particular would like to speak to the driver of a blue SUV which stopped at the time.
