  1. With those in Ramsgate last and this year and all the other mysterious vehicle fires must be close to 50 that is a lot of vehicles fires it must be ridiculous getting reasonable insurance for all vehicles in thanet, Insurance companies have all the information put in to the systems and once you enter ct9 to ct12 and any other post code where suspicious vehicle fires have occurred your insurance quotes go up it is possible for insurance now to people with no claims be at risk of paying upto £400 extra for insurance in thanet depending where they live. I feel that I’m lucky I don’t drive anymore because I couldn’t find the insurance and it’s because of the arson risk to cars not garaged.

    • Big Chris,
You make a valid point in as much that many of us could well pay more for for car insurance due to the stupidity and criminality of a couple of Thanet’s finest. How could we possibly make them pay?

      • Ton having given it great thought I would say if they are caught and found guilty they would be responsible for the insurance on the cars set alight, if they are on benefits they reduced or stopped to pay for it, or they are fined as well as a sentence of restitution to the community and the fine be given to the car/vehicles owner/s if more than 1 vehicle torched.

  2. Wow. Thanet police actually caught people…makes a change from catching KEBABS… Im surprised they didn’t try and write the usual’ what is your hoped outcome letter’95% failure on everything except harassment where there is no crime. START FROM SCRATCH!

    • Pig watcher it sounds like you have been outside your sty for to long you need to get back inside and not talk with your mouth full of swill, or boss hog will caging you properly.

      • Criticising me… Im brilliant at my job, genius. Ur obviously 1 of them and cant handle the truth. Calm down go have another makkies instead. Same police that needed 9 cars 2 arrest 2 17 year old last year… Infinit examples i cud give.

        • Really Pig watcher, 9 cars to arrest 2-17 year old youth’s since when he’s a car been able to arrest anyone, Truth no problem I definitely can handle the truth can you! please tell me is pig watcher you’re job that must be a very exciting one, the POLICE are doing a good job considering their is not enough to man Thanet properly,, no I’m not one of them but I respect the police for what they do because let’s face it they are human just like us.
