Two fire engines, ambulance, four police cars and forensics have attended an incident at Margate’s Premier Inn.
Fire crews have left the scene but police, ambulance and forensics remain.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police is currently in attendance at a hotel in Station Road in Margate after receiving a report of concern regarding a person shortly before 2pm.”
Kent Fire ad Rescue Service said crews were there to assist police.
