Dreamland is once again joining forces with the UK’s favourite family festival this April, as Camp Bestival brings a taste of its family festival to the park with a full take over. Expect live music, rides, and entertainment for all the family to enjoy over the school holidays.
Dreamland Margate reopens on Saturday, April 4 and is free to enter. Guests can pay per ride or buy discounted ride wristbands in advance online to save 25%. Members ride for free.
Camp Bestival took Margate by storm in April 2019 when it set up camp at Dreamland, with more than 100,000 visitors travelling to the park over the spring school holidays. And this year’s takeover promises to be even bigger and brighter.
Step into Camp Bestival’s Travelling Circus as Dreamland is transformed with extravagant bunting and festoon decorations, confetti canon, and carnival caravans – curated by festival co-founders Josie and Rob da Bank. Families will get the chance to watch incredible performances by Circus Raj, featuring a cast of aerialists, acrobats, musicians, slack-rope walkers, and giant puppets moving through the park in a colourful extravaganza of intrigue, drama, music, laughter and surprise.
Also appearing on the main stage will be Brillig, a wonky, bonkers, and totally baffling gameshow that pits families against families in a fun-filled frenzy. Around the park, guests can dive into nature workshops, join arts and crafts groups, dance at a family rave, and generally go crazy down by the sea.
And once again, guests can join the unmissable Camp Bestival Easter Sunday Party on April 12, with a family rave, live music and very special headline acts to be announced soon.

Winner of ‘Best Family Festival’ at UK Festival Awards 2019, Camp Bestival also promises to kick off the summer holidays in style with a weekend brimmed with family entertainment for all ages, at Lulworth Castle, Dorset on July 30– August 2.
