A ‘Veganuary’ talk and five course dinner will be hosted at The Empire Room in Ramsgate next week.
The evening includes the tasting menu and a presentation on his dishes by head chef Ross Barden.
Ross, who took the helm at The Empire Room last September says the menu will appeal to vegans and non-vegans alike and will showcase some fat free dishes.
The dad-of-three, who specialises in modern British dishes with a twist, said: “My aim is to introduce vegan food to those who are unfamiliar with this type of cooking. I will also showcase new flavours and cooking methods to those who already are vegans.”
The talk and taster menu takes place on January 23 at 7pm. Dishes include Rose Farm roasted cauliflower, no fat sweet potato and passionfruit meringues.
