Part of the A299 between Minster/Manston and Ramsgate is currently closed due to a crash between a car and a lorry this morning (November 28).
The road is blocked and there is slow traffic both ways at Canterbury Road West (Cliffsend roundabout) and Hengist Way.
Police, fire and ambulance crews are at the scene and the air ambulance has been called in.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police received a report of a collision involving a lorry and a car at 8.16am.
“Officers are attending the scene on the A299 between Minster and Cliffsend roundabouts with the South East Coast Ambulance service and Kent Fire and Rescue Service. Injuries have been reported.”
The road has been closed while recovery work is ongoing.
