A Margate man has been arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drink or drugs following a crash this morning (November 19).
Kent Police was called at 12.19am to a two car collision in Canterbury Road. One of the vehicles overturned in the incident.
A police spokesman said: “A 20-year-old man from Margate was taken to a local hospital, as a pre-caution, by the South East Coast Ambulance Service.
“He was also arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drink or drugs and remains in custody as enquiries continue.”
