League competition success for East Kent FC

East Kent FC scooped wins in the league competition

East Kent FC are celebrating a great footballing weekend after two winners in the under 8s and 9s teams and a runner up trophy for the under 9s Lions in the Faversham district youth football league festival competition.

There were also hard fought games for the under 10s, 11s and 12s teams who gave great performances.

East Kent FC is always looking for new boys and girls to join the club.

Thesoccer school times at St George’s school in Broadstairs are Saturday mornings:

9.30am-10.30am for school years R-2

10am-11.30am school years 3-6

Roses & Panthers all girls training team, ages 5 upwards,10am-11am

  1. Are under 8’s allowed to play in matches/league s etc were the results are recorded ? . The results must have been recorded for they to be a winner

  2. Yes but only 3 tournaments a season

    From season 2013/14, Under 7’s and Under 8’s can play in a maximum of three trophy events during the season, lasting a maximum of two weeks each. … The winners of these events can be published and trophies can be presented. Except where other provision, in these Laws are made, the Laws of Association Football apply.
