This Sunday (June 23) Margate FC is asking for any supporters with some spare time to come along to Hartsdown Park and help prepare for the 2019/20 Bostik Premier League season.
The club’s annual volunteers’ day is where supporters are asked to help with maintenance jobs around the ground. The day’s activities will start at 10am and run until 3pm and all supporters that attend will be offered a bacon roll and bottle of water.
Supporters who can attend are asked if they could bring equipment such as paintbrushes and brushes to assist with the clean-up.
Duties on the day include:
Painting changing rooms (outside)
Painting safety lines on terraces
Painting inside the Hartsdown Bar (inside)
Sweeping and clearing rubbish on terraces (outside)
Sweeping and clearing stands (outside)
