A man has been charged in connection with a Cliftonville burglary.
On Saturday, February 16 at around 11.15pm a property in Cliftonville Avenue was broken into and a purse was stolen.
Simon Elliott, 41, of Clements Road in Ramsgate was arrested on Monday (February 26) in connection with the incident and charged with burglary and theft.
He has been released on bail to appear at Margate Magistrates’ Court on Friday, April 5.
