I feel the Age-Friendly Business Scheme has raised staff awareness to be mindful of certain things when dealing with older customers and they will certainly offer extra assistance if they feel that somebody needs it.” The Curious Cupcake Cafe, Margate.

The Reward Card encourages people to try us. We wanted to ensure all sectors of society felt comfortable, so we saw the Age-Friendly Business Scheme as a great way to reach the older people in our local community.
