A police car crashed in Manston this morning (December 20) during a pursuit.
Officers had signalled for a car to stop in Eastern Esplanade, Cliftonville, but the driver continued and a chase followed ending with the police vehicle crashing into a wall.
A police spokesman said: ” At approximately 2.50am officers signalled for a car to stop in the Eastern Esplande area of Margate.
“The vehicle did not stop and following a short pursuit a police car collided with a wall in Spitfire Way, Manston.
“Recovery of the police car is currently being arranged and no injuries have been reported.”
