St George’s Church Christmas tree festival is now open with 30 submissions from isle groups.
Crafty Poppies, the RNLI, Western Undercliff Regeneration Group, RNLI Ramsgate, Chatham and Clarendon Grammar School and St Laurence Bellringers are among those with a decorated tree on display.
The festival at the church, in Church Hill, runs from December 7-16 and is open 2pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 11.30am to 5pm n Saturday and noon to 5pm on Sunday.
All donations are in aid of the St George’s restoration appeal.
