
Kent Fire and Rescue Service is responding to a bedroom fire at the Nayland Rock Hotel Royal Crescent, Margate.
Five fire engines and a height vehicle are on the scene, and crews wearing breathing apparatus are tackling the fire in a bedroom on the third floor, using a hose reel jet and a main jet.

A high pressure fan is being used to clear the building of smoke.
There are no reported casualties and the cause is not yet known.
