A road in Westgate has been cordoned off while police officers attend to a report of a distressed man.
Emergency services are currently in Westbury Road after initially being called to a report of a disturbance.
A Kent Police spokesman said: “Kent Police is responding to reports of a distressed man in Westbury Road, Westgate-on-Sea, after initially being called to a disturbance at 3.14am on Thursday 1 November.
“No serious injuries have been reported and a cordon has been set up while officers deal with the matter.”
