Getting out and getting active at Drapers Mills school this Summer

Food and Fun on offer at Drapers Mills school

What an amazing summer so far, full of activities for getting fit and getting fed!

We make so many excuses to stay indoors even in the best of weather, but is it time for us to make a change?

More than a third of our local community are classed as ‘inactive’ – doing less than 30 minutes of activity a day, so maybe it’s time for us all to try something different.

Your Leisure Community Team, East Kent Housing and Thanet District Council have all teamed up to create the ‘Fit and Fed’ project. As part of the project, the following activities are all based at Drapers Mills Primary Academy, Margate this summer.
