Ramsgate RNLI launched this evening (July 6) to a report of a rigid-hulled inflatable boat with propeller trouble.
The 5.3metre craft was stranded by number 5 buoy off Ramsgate with two people onboard.
The RNLI crew brought them safely back to harbour.
The RNLI craft then got a wash down by newest recruit, 20-year-old Barry Wiseman, who joined up a month ago.
