Police have been called to two incidents at a Margate property this month in connection with an illegal eviction complaint.
Police were first called at 5.12pm on Sunday 10 June to a report of an illegal eviction from the property in Gainsborough Avenue. Advice was given over the phone and further enquiries are being made to establish the circumstances.
A second incident took place on Monday (June 25) at 1.51pm when officers were called to a disturbance at the address.
Police arrested two men, aged 35 and 42, on suspicion of assault. They were later released without charge.
A section 21 notice has been served on the tenant.
