Emergency services were called to Dumpton Gap today (June 8) after a report of a man falling from cliffs.
Police, ambulance and coastguard were in attendance.
Ramsgate RNLI launched at 6.45am but was stood down shortly afterwards.
A Kent Police spokesman said: “Kent Police received a report at 5.58am that a man had fallen from a cliff in the Dumpton Gap area, Broadstairs.”
The man was flown to Kings College Hospital in London at 8.57am.

A South East Coast Ambulance spokesman said: “We attended the scene following reports of a fall from height. The air ambulance team joined us at the scene in a road vehicle.

“The patient, who had suffered serious injuries, has been airlifted by the coastguard to Kings College Hospital with the air ambulance team on board to treat the patient en route.”
