A cyclist in his 20s suffered serious injuries in a crash with a coach yesterday (May 8).
Police, ambulance and the air ambulance were called to the scene in Church Street, at the Beacon Road end, at 7.52pm.
A Kent Police spokesman said: “Kent Police was called at 7.52pm to a collision in Church Street, Broadstairs. The collision was at the junction with Albion Road and involved a coach and a cyclist.
“Officers and the South East Coast Ambulance attended the scene and the cyclist, a man in his 20s, was taken by land ambulance to a London hospital with serious injuries.”
