A Ramsgate pub been sold at auction for £200,000.
The Foresters Arms in Boundary Road went under the hammer at the Clive Emson auction in Maidstone yesterday (May 1).
The auction company says the pub may have potential for conversion or development.
The property has a bar/customer area on the ground floor and living accommodation above. The auction was for the freehold with vacant possession.
The pub is currently open for business and not expected to close until June when the sale should be completed.
The building has been listed as a pub since 1860.
New owner should keep this as a pub. Many locals will miss it.
