Two charged with drug offences after arrests at Minster Services

Five men were arrested at Minster Services yesterday (April 2) and two later charged with drug offences.

Kent Police made the arrests just before 1pm.

Ian Goldfinch, 35, of Whitehall Road, Ramsgate was arrested and charged with using a vehicle without insurance, driving without a licence, possessing amphetamine and receiving stolen goods.

He will appear before magistrates on April 26.

Kamal Patel, 41, of Addington Street, Ramsgate, was arrested and charged with possession of amphetamine.  He is due in court on April 24.

Three men, aged 44, 45 and 49-years-old, were all released without charge.
