A sales van, which doubles as an office and customer transport, has been launched by The Property Market.
The business is hoping to attract Thanet customers as well as others across Kent.
Neil Harvey, from the company, said: “It’s our office, transport and can be deployed to our customers properties for open houses.
“If a viewer does not have their own transport we will even collect them from train/bus station and drive them to any properties they are viewing with us. We can also offer house builders this as a temporary on-site sales office at weekends covering viewings and also registering new buyers on-site.
“The vehicle has full internet, desk, meeting area for customers, printers, scanners etc. With this new flexibility we aim to never miss a buyer or be unable to attend a viewing.
“We are looking for further investment to build our platform which will give customers the ability to book appointments 24/7 and allow house builders and sellers to monitor the interest. It also includes an online property networking platform enabling customers to access local property related trades and services.”
