The body of a man has been discovered in Broadstairs this morning (March 11).

Police officers sealed off an area of the footpath around the Pysons Road industrial estate along with part of Pysons Road and the car park by Bookers following the report at 6.40am.

A Kent Police spokesman said: “Kent Police was called at 6.40am to reports a body of a man had been found on a footpath, off Pysons Road, Broadstairs.

“The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner. Next of kin have been made aware.”

Police have confirmed the man was from Broadstairs.

  1. Any connection between this man’s body and the cry for help at Broadstairs railway bridge, Ramsgate Road during that night? Not too far apart.

  2. any updates yet, I usually cycle to work along there at 3:30am, but as it was wet and muddy, to the longer way round coming out by the wood yard.
