Police have blocked access to the footpath at Botany Bay cliffs.
Two cars are currently at the scene.
A witness said: “Police have blocked access to the footpath. I can see someone standing on the edge and there are police and a member of the public there.”
UPDATE: Kent Police said a woman seen by the cliff edge is now safe and with medical teams.
