Fire crews were called out to a Thanet council rubbish truck in Ramsgate today (June 23).
The bin crew smelt burning plastic in the vehicle while they were in Goodwin Road at just after noon. A fire erupted in the crew cab area.
Ramsgate fire crew attended the scene and contained the damage to the crew cab area.
