Detectives investigating a report of a sexual offence in Ramsgate on Wednesday 7 June have charged a man.
Eugene Hollyman, 49, of Muir Road, Ramsgate, has been charged with attempted rape and sexual activity with a mentally disordered female.
Hollyman has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before Medway magistrates via virtual court on Monday 12 June.
