Margate legend Maurice Morris will be able to zip around town delivering the free paper now he has a new trolley!
The 84-year-old needed a new set of wheels for his rounds and residents Tracey Gregory, from Ruskin de la Mer, and John Cripps decided they were going to help out.
Tracey put out a facebook appeal and John approached Tony Strange at Thornton Bobby’s in Cliftonville to see if he could help.
And the result?
The presentation to Maurice, who has lived in Margate his entire life, of a sparkly new trolley by Tony at the Northdown Road store last weekend.
