Motorists have been turned away from the A28 at Sarre while armed police carried out an arrest.
A Kent Police spokesman said: “Armed officers stopped a vehicle on the A28 Sarre roundabout at 7.25pm on Sunday 16 April 2017 where they arrested one man in connection with offences in London. The man remains in custody at this time.”
