Right Said Fred’s first club gig in 20 years is in Ramsgate – and it’s already a sell out

Right Said Fred’s first live club gig in 20 years is being held in Ramsgate – and has already sold out!

The duo, who hit the charts in 1991 with their massive smash I’m Too Sexy are promoting their ninth album Exactly which was released in February.

It features an array of special guests and Fred and Richard Fairbrass’ signature mix of tongue-in-cheek observational pop.

Their new single ‘Sweet Treats’ premiered on BBC Radio 2  but instead of paying out for a video to go with the tune the lads gave that money to the charity CRISIS and shot a cheap video in a pub.

Right Said Fred  have sold in excess of 7 million albums, received two Ivor Novello’s and a Brit Award nomination for Best British Act.

And Ramsgate Music Hall was their choice of venue for this first gig on May 22.
