Fifty events over four days, POW! Thanet showcased everything from talks to sport to hip hop battles.
From isle pupils demonstrating their moves to choir conductors with a bird cage in their hair – POW! Had it all.
The festival ran from March 8-11 to mark International Women’s Week.
This year’s theme was Movers and Makers, to tie in with the Entangled exhibition at Turner Contemporary!
A focus on young people included a book launch by popular DJ and broadcaster Gemma Cairney with her yellow bus parked outside Turner Contemporary Margate! and a series of participatory activities at Dreamland.
