An appeal is being made for sightings of an African Grey Parrot that escaped from its owner’s garden on Monday.
Betsy went missing from the property in Bromstone Road in Broadstairs on Monday lunchtime.
She was last sighted in a neighbour’s garden on Tuesday morning around 6am but there have been no more sightings since then.
Owner Nicky Mackinnon said: “She’s grey with a bright red tail. She’s a good talker, we only rescued her 7 months ago. Also, her mate is desperately missing her as we all are.
“If anyone can get close enough to her she loves fruit and may step on to your hand if you are gentle and calm with her. I really appreciate everyone’s help.”
