King Neptune emerged from the sea and castles, mermaids and even a turtle were created in the sands at Viking Bay during another successful Broadstairs Water Gala.
People enjoyed livce entertainment, Punch and Judy, beach football and even circus skills sessions and more.
Ramsgate RNLI volunteers were out in full force and the day included a Teddy Bears’ Picnic at Lillyputt Mini Golf.
Victoria Gardens was packed with family-friendly fairground rides, and amusements, and a vibrant selection of local craft and trade stalls on the promenade.
The celebration, which is supported by Broadstairs and St Peter’s Town Council, concluded with music on the bandstand and a dazzling firework finale.
