Police and forensic units have finished investigations at a property in Westwood in connection to a child protection incident and say it has now been excluded from enquiries.
Officers were at an address in Nash Road after carrying out a warrant on Wednesday (October 9) in relation to two previous occupants of the property.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police carried out a pre-planned warrant at a house in Nash Road, Margate on Wednesday 9 October after receiving new information regarding a child protection incident suspected to have taken place in 2021.
“The enquiries relate to previous occupants of the property and two people have been arrested and released on bail.”
Enquiries at the property have since concluded and it has been excluded from the investigation.
