Two people have been arrested and suspected class A drugs seized by police in Margate.
Officers visited a property in Addington Street, Margate, as part of their duties last night (October 2) and noticed a man acting suspiciously.
The man was detained and a search led to cannabis, scales, money and several mobile phones being recovered.
A bag thought to contain heroin was also seized.
The man, aged 37, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a class A drug with intent to supply and a 44 year old woman was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug.
They remain in custody pending further enquiries.
