Chill out with cocktails, wines and tapas at the latest addition to Broadstairs.
Le Vintage has been launched inside The Dolphin pub with the back bar area completely refurbished to create the new venture.
Le Vintage has two chefs, front of house and a team with experience across the hospitality sector.
Connor Winter, who is part of the management team, said: “ Where there was a dark old bar there is now a bright, modern and welcoming environment that offers great tapas and tasty cocktails made by our professional mixologists.
“It is a nice, fun, relaxing place for Broadstairs with nice wines and cocktails and a tapas menu.
“Myself and (team members) Tommy and Taylor have extensive experience in hospitality. Our cocktails are really well mixed and I think we have the tools to really kick the place off.”
An official launch took place on Friday (June 14) with invited guests being able to have a taste of the new menu and drinks.
Connor said: “The launch went well and we have had quite a few people in since then and it has been very well received. Everyone has said how fantastic the food is and how different it now looks.”
Connor, who has worked as a manager for businesses including Whitbread, says the vibe is similar to venues in Greece where tapas and large comfy chairs are on offer.
He added: “We have got two fantastic chefs, one with experience in London and working for Gordon Ramsay and Richie who has had his own restaurants, so there is some fantastic talent in the kitchen.”
Le Vintage also offers a selection of local and international beers, premium liquors and soft drinks.
The new food menu ranges from small plates to sharing platters and main meals. There are vegan and gluten free options.
