Ziggy’s rooftop bar in Margate will have a closing party this Sunday (October 1).

The bar in Marine Terrace will be shut for the Winter.

The bar will be open from noon until 10pm and the party is from 2pm until 8pm.  Limited edition cocktails inspired by 2017 highlights are promised.

The cocktails will be served over the last weekend at the Caribbean rooftop bar and the first 100 lucky people to order under the secret names will get their drink on the house.

For all those Love Island fans out there, the classic Mojito has been given the ultimate muggy makeover, paying tribute to one of the most talked about TV moments. This tangy Havana Club rum, mint and lime sensation will be 100% your type on paper.

Salt Bae Spritz

This summer’s most fashionable beverage, the Aperol Spritz, has been sprinkled with some Salt Bae stardom after the YouTube sensation hit our screens this summer.

Despacito fans will transported back to party moments of the warmer months with the fruity Daiq-icito, which packs a summery punch with strawberry, rum and lime flavours.

Dark N Stormzy

The Caribbean favourite Dark N Stormy – with Gosling’s Black Seal rum, lime, bitters and ginger – has been given a grime twist in honour or the summer’s favourite headliner.

The secret menu will be on offer Friday and Saturday (September 29-30), opening hours noon until 10.30pm, and Sunday (October 1), opening hours from noon-10pm.

Ziggy’s opened in May as part of the Dreamland £25million park relaunch.

It had to close temporarily in August following flooding at the premises but was reopen by September 1.

A play list for the closing party includes favourites Prince, David Bowie, Human League and Fleetwood Mac.
