Three teens arrested on suspicion of King Street assault

Three teenagers have been arrested in connection with an assault in Ramsgate.

Kent Police was called to King Street at around 8pm on Friday 19 January to a report of a disturbance involving a group of people.

At the scene, officers were made aware that a man aged in his 50s was reported to have been assaulted and suffered a serious head injury.

He was taken to a local hospital where he remains in a stable condition.

A 16-year-old boy from Ramsgate, a 17-year-old boy from Ramsgate and a 16-year-old boy from Orpington were all arrested on suspicion of assault on Thursday 25 January 2018. They have been released pending further enquiries.
