There was a good attendance for the Ramsgate Rotary Club President’s Night at the North Foreland Golf Club.
A number of other clubs were well represented and Mike Bastow, President of Margate proposed a toast to the Ramsgate Club.
Replying Ramsgate President Graham Larcombe said he was delighted to welcome such a good attendance and thanked all those who had helped with making the arrangements and MC Roger Waddell.
Music during the meal,and for dancing, was provided by Jon Nickoll, resident pianist at the American Bar at the Savoy Hotel, London.
The President also presented his wife, Cherry, with a Friend of Rotary badge, awarded mainly for her work on the club website.
