Becky Cannon, 18, was interviewed by BBC South East at Ramsgate’s boat house yesterday as she has been nominated by the Lieutenancy of Kent to share in part of the wedding day of HRH Prince Harry to Meghan Markle.

The granddaughter of Ron Cannon and daughter of coxswain Ian Cannon has been chosen in recognition of her volunteer work with RNLI.
