Police have been called to a road in Ramsgate twice in just over 30 minutes

Police have been called to two incidents in Willsons Road, Ramsgate, in just over 30 minutes today (September 16).

The first call was at 1.23pm to reports of a disturbance.  One person was treated by SECAMB staff for a head injury. A 53-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault and is in custody.

Emergency services were then called at 2pm following reports of a pedestrian being hit by a car in the road.  Minor injuries were reported.
