Traffic into Birchington became backed up last night (November 24) due to a dispute between a bus driver and passenger.
Kent Police was called to a disturbance in Canterbury Road, Birchington, at 6.09pm.
A police spokesman said: “It was reported that a dispute was taking place between a bus driver and a passenger.
Officers attended the scene to prevent any breaches of the peace and a man was escorted away from the scene.”
According to a witness the man was intoxicated and had been sick on the bus.
No arrests were made.
