Police are appealing for help to find a  missing girl from Oxford who has links to Kent, specifically Canterbury, Sheerness, Faversham, Whitstable, Margate and Sandwich.

Alex Willoughby, 17, is a police cadet who went missing from Oxford on November 14. She was caught on CCTV with a man in Canterbury last Thursday (November 23).

Alex is 5ft 7ins, slim with blonde wavy hair and blue eyes.

When she was last seen she was wearing a grey Adidas t-shirt and sweatshirt, blue ripped jeans, a knee-length green Parka coat and black and white Adidas trainers.

It is possible that Alex has used public transport in the last week.

Local Policing Area Commander in Oxford, Superintendent Joe Kidman, said: “Today we are releasing CCTV images which capture Alex with a man in Canterbury, Kent, at about 5.30pm on Thursday 23 November.

“As well as Canterbury, Alex also has connections to other areas in Kent, specifically Faversham, Whitstable, Sandwich, Margate and Sheerness. I would urge residents to keep a look out for Alex and the man she is seen with in the CCTV. If you see them please contact police immediately.
