Kent Police are investigating suspected driving offences between two motorists in Thanet.
It is thought offences were committed as the two cars were travelled along the A299 on Friday 30 June between 4pm and 5pm.
The driver of the silver Mazda 3 and the white Vauxhall Zafira reportedly drove to Margate along the Old Thanet Way via Brooksend and Birchington.
