A person has been taken to hospital for precautionary treatment following a fire in Ramsgate.
Emergency services were called to Warre Avenue at 7.40pm tonight (June 22) to a report of a person trapped on a balcony due to a house fire.
Police, Secamb and Kent Fire and Rescue Service attended.
