A Totally Shredded event is being organised for September following a packed class getting fit in a live session headed by drum n bass MC Harry Shotta.
The event was arranged by fitness trainer Loz Elliot at Cliftonville Community Centre this month.
Loz runs three classes a week and says she is the only instructor in Thanet offering the sessions that mix fitness with rave music, boxing and combat skills.
She has been in the fitness industry for more than a decade and came second in the 2014 Miss Galaxy Universe fitness show out of 120 competitors and ninth overall in the competition.
Loz said: “The event was a great success. We had an incredible night, everyone loved it and it has really encouraged people to come along to the classes and get fit while having fun.
“ We are putting another one on, hopefully, in September.”
MC Harry Shotta’s appearance was arranged by Vince Cadenhead from Garden of England. The event also included DJ Teej and Justin DJ Ickee of Universal Sound provided the equipment.
