Man suffers serious face injuries in Margate pub attack

Kent Police is appealing for witnesses after a man suffered serious face injuries after being attacked in a Margate pub.

Between 8.30pm on Monday 20 February and 12.30am the following day, a man in his 40s was assaulted by another man while in the Quart In A Pint Pot public house in Charlotte Square.

The victim was taken to hospital for treatment.

The suspect is described as a white man, aged around 40-years-old, with a medium build. He was described as being about 5 ft 10 ins tall and with black hair.
