A 28 year old man was arrested on suspicion of assault in Margate yesterday (December 19) following reports of a disturbance.
Kent Police was called at 3.29pm to the incident in Hartsdown Road.
The man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assaulting a woman. Both parties involved were known to each other.
Enquiries are ongoing.
