Thanet Wanderers Rugby Club is holding a community open day on Sunday, September 17 from 10am to 1pm.
This traditional opening event to the junior section’s season is also an opportunity for everyone to check out the club’s friendly atmosphere and first-class facilities.
The event, sponsored by London Array, gives the opportunity for girls and boys aged between 6 and 17 to meet the teams and their qualified coaches and learn the basics of the game.
An inflatable pitch will be in use and there will be a weapons display by the Princess of Wales Royal Regiment.
