Former Margate man Danny Glass has received a two year suspended sentence and been fined £340 for causing the death of his pregnant girlfriend in crash in Thailand last year.
The 30-year-old was formally charged with reckless driving causing death when he presented himself at Thalang Police Station in Thailand on May 27.
His long-term partner Sophie Emma Rose Anderson, 41, died in the crash in Thepkrasattri Road in Thalang on May 8, last year. She fell from the bike and was crushed by a truck.
Ms Anderson was six months pregnant. She leaves a young son, aged 5 at the time of her death.
Mr Glass revealed his sentence in a youtube video released on his Sun Fruit Dan channel. He also slams the media in the video saying “lies” have been told, although he adds that it has also sent a lot of traffic to his youtube site.
Glass was recently highlighted for his Sun Fruit Dan video promoting poison substances such as 100% Pure gum spirits of turpentine for curing a range of conditions.
He says on the video that he is just “sharing health information” and that it is “just opinion.”
